How Do You Include Veggies in a Winter CSA? And What Types are Included?

We utilize low hoops on some of our garden beds to extend the growing season. While this doesn’t allow us to grow all types of vegetables year round, it does allow us to grow a limited amount of some things well into the winter. These include Lettuces, Pak Choy, Radishes, Spinach and other early “spring” crops.

How Much Does a Winter Share Cost?

Early Bird Pricing Before September 1, 2011 – $20 per month; $100 for the season
Pricing September 1-30, 2011 – $25 per month; $125 for the season

*Shares are sold by the season only. Individual months cannot be purchased separately.
